Jobs advertised are not genuine
I am unemployed at the moment and due to my age finding it difficult to get back into the job market. I therefore thought working at home would be ideal.

Much to my horror I have found that the majority of jobs both advertised on the net and in magazines are not genuine. Most ask you to send fairly substantial sums of money and the work simply does not materialise.

The latest one actually told me that I must know of scams but their's was a genuine way to obtain work. What actually arrived were a few photocopied sheets. This was supposed to be a homeworking directory and cost almost £20.

Surely there must be a way of stopping these people. Many of those seeking work from home can ill afford to be taken in in this way.

Thank you to Vivien for voicing the thoughts of so many of us.
