  • This last week or so has been fairly fraught with sorting out the problems with the free email service we offer: incoming mail was not being received! This involved emails flying around the world before the problem was identified: the server hosting the domain did something at their end which lost our settings. These have now been reset and although the email service was regularly checked by us we will set up some sort of daily check so that if there are any future problems they can be identified more quickly.
  • We are so sorry to all the users of the @homeworking.org email service for this major inconvenience, and are promised it shouldn't happen again.
