Hi All, I am currently doing the accelerated ACP101 course for Arise to become a virtual call centre handler from home. All was going well,albeit a long process and am about to take my exam tonight, however I have just discovered the next part of this enrolment process is to take the client based course to learn about the customer and this is 30 days long for 4 hours each day!! I feel a bit let down that I have come this far and was never told what level of commitment was expected of me for this course.I sure I'm not the only one that feels like this (I am a mum with 2 kids that will either be here for the 9am - 1pm course or it will be there bed time within the other time 7pm-11pm!!) Has anyone taken this course and can you give me advise on how to cope with it? what is expected etc All comments appreciated Thanks Lisa | ||

Lisa, I did the ACP101, I would not say don't do it but Arise was a nightmare for me and many others, I never got started due to technical reasons. Many people are unhappy with them , take a look at the website Sureboom.com, it's all the people who started with/left/didn't get started with Arise. Many earning were below min wage and I thing the lowest was somwhere around £2.50 an hour. Some people ,not many are happy but the time needed is bizzare. There are some other opps on there but look at peoples profiles here, there are some genuine opps. |
