Hi there, I have just discovered this fantastic website, and have read through lots of info on homebased work. I have recently signed up with Oriflame and would like further info from anyone who works for them, as my line manager is not so helpful. I have not received any training since registering and when I question my manager she says she sorting it but never does. Iam starting to regret signing up as I feel I would benefit from the training in order to increase my product sales. Also she is asking me to recruit new consultants when I dont really know what Iam doing myself? Is this normal to recruit so early? and if I do will I get paid commision or will by manager get paid? You advice and guidance would be greatly appreciated. Jen x |

Hi Discodiva, You say you 'recently' joined.. Im aware people have been recruiting in Newcastle However when you joined, you would have been given 10 free brochures with customer order forms.. use these to collect orders from family friends, workmates etc. We personally recruit remotely ..so several of our team have joined with only one brochure we posted to them, and they made sales of over £100. So we know it can be done. Training, again you say you 'recently' joined to be fair if you joined this week your manager hasnt essentially had the time to organise some training for you, be patient and show your brochures. We were with Oriflame a few months before we received our training...yet we made sales relatively easily. Oriflame is a known name with quality products. As for recruiting ..that depends on the individual, we have some in our group who have recruited from day one ..but then they were maybe familiar with mlm, although we have recently had a few join, mlm virgins who have already introduced people to the opportunity.? So it really does depend on the individual. To attempt to explain the payplan here, to someone so new would be foolish. But yes, if you recruit people who place an order your manager will earn from this, as will her manager. In Oriflame you need 5 recruits and £600 in sales before you begin to earn from your recruiting. My advice, show your brochures, make some sales, and give your manager a chance. We are always available either through this site or you can give us a call, we have pmd you our number. smartie |
